First day of PRE-K!!!

If you are noticing the 2 different outfits, it is because Graidan had to have his photo taken the same day as Hudson on his first day, even thought he didn't start until the week after. Turns out that "pre"-picture is one of the best I got of this little joker!

First Day of Grade ONE!!!

Where have the past 6  years gone? Hudson was not too sure about going to school EVERY day this year.....and let's be honest.....neither was this mom!

B2S BBQ

Tonight we were invited to Hudson and Graidan's school to the first ever Back To School BBQ. In my opinion, this was the best idea and whoever came up with it deserves some credit. The intention was to get the kids to visit their classroom, meet their teacher and see which of their friends that were going to be in their class this year, and put their school supplies away so that when they returned in the morning, they were all organized and ready to go.....and we all know how much I appreciate organization!!! :)

One Last Round

The boys and I got to spend one last weekend at the lake and out on the golf course with Grandma and Grandpa O'Neill this weekend while Dad was at work.

Oak Lake 2012

Our annual camping trip to Oak Lake was this past weekend and did not let us down. The kids are getting to such a great age that you don't have to be constantly fussing over them or worrying that they are going to carelessly fall into thte fire pit. They play so well together and with the Himmelspeck and Benjamins that it, really does feel like a holiday!

Snow Cones in Summer

Target had these adorable kits for snow cones and I just couldn't resist. We used the Margaritaville to shave/crush the ice and whipped them up!

2 weeks at the pool

We put the boys in a 2 week session of lessons again thsi year. We would normally be done at the beginning of summer but with the pool opening so much later due to repairs this year we were forced to move into August.

Both boys had fantastic teachers again and loved every minute of being in the water.
